    Hello Daniele :)

    Thanks your help.
This puffy design doesn't make of sewing.. It is bonded (0.25" width) work.
So, I wonder how to express this bonded baffle puffy.

You do not have to cut everything into small pieces. Use internal lines.

This is what I was trying to explain in my answer.
By the way, nice effect Vad. Do you add a strong puckering effect or do you obtaind the effect playing with the tickness collision and pressure?

I am trying to find a compromise between a hard fabric that does not stretch, an increase in patterns on the weft and wrap and pressure.

The most difficult balance between  that the fabric was dry, hard but still slightly stretched.
