Clothing disappeared in rendering

Hello everyone. 

I made a garment with texture, very simple. Then I pressed render, but the avatar appears in the render window completely naked. Does anyone know what I can do ?

  Hi,

  Do you face this problem with every file?

  Could you share the project file with us via CLOSET? 

  I'll be able to investigate this issue more deeply with the problematic file!

  I have the exact same but everything has dissapeared on 3d window, floor and avatar included, impossible to add an avatar even; it's completely dead in 3d window

  Hi nawalm 

  Please try to check the below settings on the 3D window display bar. It would be great if you can share the screenshot for further checking.

  • Did you turn off "Show Avatar"? 
  • Did you turn off "Show All Garment"?
  • Did you archive all patterns?
