Fabric Not simulating properly, actual flow is not coming ? Tried everything

Hello everyone I'm facing some issues regarding the quality of flow & feel of fabric It's becoming geometric in both rendering & 3d viewport I'v tried reducing particle distance, mesh to rectangle from triangle & these are all of the setting that I'm using Please help?

  Once you reduce the Particle Distance are you turning Simulation back on so CLO can readjust the mesh?

  No actually from the beginning I'm working on 5 particle distance only
