壊れたPCでのキャンセル方法

以前使用していたPCが壊れて、そのまま破棄となりました。

それで、２０２３年７月１１日付でCLOの１年間の使用期間が切れた時点で、更新しませんでした。

新たに購入したPCでCLOを購入し、ダウンロードしたところ、【The license is already in use by another computer.Please deactive the license on the other computer and try logging in again.】と表示され、ログインできません。どうしたらいいのでしょうか。

  I can see your last login was successful on August 16th (still today for both you and me), is it working now or do you still need help? If yes, we can end the session for your old computer.
