refund a download that was incorrectly charged to my account

hello, I recently received an email that I was charged 18$ for the purchase of a jacket that i did not add to my cart, i don't know why it was incorrectly added to my cart, but my account has been charged 18% for a female jacket that i do not want. the transaction ID is 4BH261369P0964225, the purchase was made on Sept 11, 2022. thank you for your assistance
