WINDOW 10에 첨에 다운받아쓰다보니, 그런문제가 생기더라구요. 새로운 버젼으로 바뀔때, 저는 해결되었어요. 해상도를 키우면, 다른 프로그램들 글짜기 엄청 커져서 것도 문제였구요.   system managing 팀에서도 해결못하다가 그냥 그렇게 해결되었어요. 다시 다운받아서 해보셔요.
