With the Edit Pattern tool, Right Click on the line. Choose "Offset as Internal line for internal segment, or "Offset as Pattern Outline" for it added outside of the pattern.

How can you delete a post you've made?
I figured it out, removing the elastic form the bottom of the waistband helps.
