Problem with Internal Ellipse tool

• Hi! I have an issue here...I made 2 eyelets on my jacket (please, see images below). I created an Internal Ellipse then I cut and sewed the eyelets on the garment. I used the Internal Ellipse tool to make this. Unfortunately, I DON'T KNOW WHY MY CIRCLES ARE NOT PERFECTLY CIRCLES! Please, can someone help me here? Thanks!

  Reduce particle distance to 2 mm or less on that object.
