Locking internal line length?
Hello,
I am trying to join an internal line of a specific length from one point (a corner) to another line. Is there a way to lock that specific length as I join that line to the other?
Thanks!

I'm unclear, do both the lines exist and you're trying to move one? or are you trying to construct a line. Are you certain a line of this length can span the two objects?
Draw a line the correct length from the corner, then rotate it. Select the line, activate the rotation pivot point, and move it to the corner that needs to be fixed, rotate about the pivot point until the other end of the line is where you want it.

Thank you for the response! I had not moved a pivot point before, so that definitely helped. For reference, I also just found another topic from 2019 (https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360034812733-How-to-snap-to-an-intersection-with-pivot-point-) that I believe illustrates what I am attempting to do. It still seems as though the point does not snap to an intersection upon pivoting, so it needs to be eyeballed.

In hand drafting this would be a compass construction, that's why I asked if you where sure the line could span, you aren't just looking to move the line, but to find out where it intersects the other object. So, another option would be create a circle with center at the corner, and radius the length of the line. Then select the circle and add intersecting points. This would give you a destination to snap to when moving the line. After that delete the circle.
