can't install software for Operative system incompability

Hi i'm trying to unload your software but my operative system version is OS X 10.9.5 and I need :OS X 10.12 Thanks

  Hi carolperez. Yes, your computer must meet the minimum OS requirement to run CLO. If your computer is an older model and cannot update past 10.9.5 you will most likely need to have access to a newer computer to run CLO. You can see all of our computer specs recommendations HERE 

  Also, if go to "about this mac" on your computer you can see what year the model was made. If the mac is from the early/mid 2000s it most likely will not run CLO.
