Pan Button Not Working- CLO 7.0.242

I assume this may be specific to my device, but wondering if anyone has any troubleshoot suggestions on the below.

I'm in CLO 7.0 on a PC using a regular mouse and suddenly my pan button doesn't work. It was previously working in this file with no other computer updates/changes and just suddenly stopped. I have tried in other files and it still doesn't work. Have reset View Controls in User Settings, it's set to regular mouse. Have restarted CLO and restarted the computer. Have checked my computer mouse settings, but can't find anything in there about my scroll wheel button to help. Have also tried changing the Pan settings to alt + Right mouse button and it does pan, but this is not a long term solution for me. 

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!!

  Hi isabel.crosby. Do you have another mouse that you could borrow to test with? If you can get another short cut for panning to work It sounds like you mouse scroll wheel might not be working properly.

  I think you’re right….Sorry for the wasted post. Maybe you guys need to add the ability for people to delete their posts :D
