CLO-SET login error

I have a problem to login-in to CLO-SET.

I haven't changed the login/password. The account was active yesterday. I can log in to CLO software and into the website clo3d.com account but not into CLO-SET  [Wrong ID or Password]. Is it an error due to the change of the clo3d.com website? If yes, when can you solve the problem? I am in the middle of the project and we use CLO-SET as the main platform for communication so I would like to access the models as soon as possible. Thx.

  I can't log into CLO set. It says my login/password is incorrect? I have a student account (meaning I get student discount) can It be that I don't have access?

  Hi cillieo

  CLO and CLO-set are different. You will need to create an account first on clo-set.com. Once you have done that you should be able to access the site. CLO-set Basic is free for any CLO user so you should not have a problem accessing it.
