ASE file RGB color code issue

I've tried to use .ase format file on CLO and Adobe Illustrator but it shows different RGB code. 

Isn't it supposed to be exactly same? Anyone experienced similar problem with me?

  Dear Susie Kim,

  When exporting .ase file from Illustrator is important to make sure that the colour palete is indeed being exported as RGB and not CMYK. Could you please export  it again to double check the settings?
  If the problem continues, could you please share the .ase file with us?

  It seems like the file created with CMYK setting.
