HOW TO MERGE A OBJ WITH 5 ELEMENTS TO BE A TRIM WITH THE SAME COLORS

Hello guys currently im doing a beading applique from real to 3d for my new line i have the doubt how to turn these 5 elements into 1 trim option to use it for beading details and be more easy for me when i turn it into obj and use it as a button it doesn't come with the colors that i already choose or options, how can i make it easier? the trim way its the best or it would be another way to add it so it can stay still on my clothes?

 

Please help me im trying to learn new stuff to make my first collection as a designer!
