Symmetry to a pattern imported DXF

How do i add symmetry to a pattern piece which i have imported into CLO , so the back is an open piece, i have used the CLO AI chat bot but this does not really give me a quick answer, i have used the symmetry tool and segment sew but this has not joined the pieces to be a symmetrical piece its still in 2 half when i try to move this around

  Right-click on the line with the Edit Pattern tool to get the necessary menu.
