Freelancing in Clo3D

I am not sure where should I find this info so I will try my luck here. I want to become a CLO3D freelancer, but very unsure about the rates/practices of the digital community. Tried looking online but there is not much info about that (on Upwork the rates vary between $10-$100).

Would anyone be kind enough to answer some of the basic questions about an upcoming interview I have? Please please please
