Is there any feature by which we can restrict the system to auto open the material library window

  Hello! Thank you for your question. You can expand and collapse the library window. The library window can be opened (if it is already collapsed) by clicking where it says "Library." The library window can be collapsed and closed if it is already open by clicking the left facing arrow in the top right corner of the library window. You can also use the hotkey "y" on your keyboard to expand and collapse the library easily.
