Live update not working

Hello All I am getting this message and I can't tell if the update "actually" failed.

  same problem with clo version for Mac. Also after this error if clicking link download setup manually, the link starts download windows exe file not dmg

  Hello durell_mcpherson & Justina B Jurkšienė - sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Are you on a Mac and using macOS Big Sur? If yes, you may need to download and install the 6.0.460 installer directly from the CLO website instead of doing the live update. Please let us know if this helps.

  Hi there! I'm having issues updating my software too. Everytime I tried to update it seemed to have finished loading but the program would quit after and when I re-open the app, it's prompting me to update again. I am using a Mac OS Monterey V12.5.1

  Sorry to hear you are having difficulty updating. You may need to go to CLO3d.com and then download and install directly from there.
