3D background / Save animation

Hey guys,

I have 2 problems :(

I try to transfer picture into my 3d background but the picture doesn't appear. Actually, I didn't have this problem before ! could u plz help me?

the second problem is that I can't  save the animation/video on my Mac and the program error that I can't open the Video with QuickTime player ! I also downloaded another video player but the problem is that I still can't save the video with other programs and transfer to my iPhone :/ do u know which kind of video player should I download ? or how can I send the animation to my iPhone?

  yasminnejat, it definitely looks like a bug for mac platforms. I have both Windows (CLO v5.1482) and macos (CLO v5.1.474) and adding a background image to the 3D and 2D window works seamlessly with Windows, but doesn't work in macos. You should report the bug using https://www.clo3d.com/contact
