CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW TO CREATE THIS LIGHT BALL EFFECT?

  There's a light material in the render, which will emit light and make other things light in the render, but it doesn't glow, so in Photoshop afterwards you can select the very bright colour, then copy it into a new layer and put a small blur on it (not very accurate but very quick). I can post the file if you would find it useful.
