How to scale pattern with specific values? (Pop up window doesn't show after right click on the 2D window)

I want to change my patten to be certain dimension with specific measurements. I followed the manual to select my pattern, click and drag the white point on the marquee box, and then right click on the 2D window.

However, the transform window that allows me to input measurements didn't appear as outlined in the manual.

A drop down menu showed up instead. (As shown below.) Did I miss anything?

  Hi hanachiang, 
  Your piece is not selected.

  You have to select the piece first, then drag one of the corners of the selection rectangle that appears around, then right-click.
  Now the pop-up window will appear and allow you to input values: percentage or measure.
  Note that the values are linked. Break the link if you don't want proportional editing

  Hi Daniele, 

  I have selected the pattern piece, dragged one of the corner with transform pattern tool, and then right-click my mouse.
  The pop up window is still not showing up... 

  Any other ideas? Thank you for help.

  Hi hanachiang, the right-click timing is the problem.

  When you stop to drag with left-click suddenly swich to right-click.( try to keep left-click button hold down)

  Hi Daniele, 

  I use a different mouse and it allows me to right click while hold downing the left button.

  The pop up window shows up.
