Why my neck edge show crackline when displacement is applied to Texture?

It is not first time applying texture/mapping, but for some reason, I am seeing crack line at folded internal line when I apply Displacement Map to texture. What am I doing wrong?

  Remove the inner line at the bend of the collar. Displacement makes a break on the internal lines.

  If you have a seam between the lower collar and the upper collar. Then make a merge.

  Removed internal line and OK now.
