  Alirabby, I would follow the same concept of having two layers, which are stitched on the diamond shape that surrounds the stars. Then use pressure with the inside layer frozen. As for the stars, I think those can be done via a Normal Map, creating a texture that has the stars located in the right place. Check these two links:
