    Alirabby, I would create those parts as pieces of fabric with the required shapes and then use textures scanned from an actual zipper to get the same look.

    For the stiff rectangle below the zipper you could use a seam tape on the cutout rectangle. so it doesn't deform too much.

    Hi Theatruong. I mentioned above that this can be done with pieces of fabric simulating the zipper. Then use either scanned textures, painted textures or a more elaborate method suggested by Vad, using Substance Designer.
