    Hi alirabby786.
    You can draw two internal lines and give to them the elastic property.
    Add the topstitch to that lines (offset 0) and for a more realistic effect, you can also apply a the puckering.

    Add the eyelet and the string Look in the library if there are some you like.

    These parts are the most difficult to handle, so keep them frozen when simulating other parts of the garment. It can save a lot of troubles and time.

    Obviously you can add the internal tunnel and sew it to the internal line using 'superimpose under' and add the string running between the two layers, but if this is not absolutely necessary my advice is to avoid it.

    Normal map will allow you to do this more budgetally for polygons.

    I agree with Vad in terms of simplicity to make the puckering if that is what you are after. Now, Daniele's suggestion is more robust in the sense that it will create puckering not just where the drawstring goes, but also above and below, thus making it more realistic.
