Not able to register ExportPlugin.dll plugin - error is - "Failed to open the file"

I'm trying to build the sample plugins downloaded with Clo SDK.

 

I'm able to build the dll, But, while loading the dll, clo fails with following error - "Failed to open the file"

Can you please guide me how to get rid of the problem.
