Add'l Thickness Rendering Doesn't work

I was trying to create a curtain bar from one of their tutorials, but each time I was changing the Thickness Rendering nothing happens. Has it been disabled or is it a bug?

  Hi Arvydas. Make sure you are in Thick Textured Suface mode.

  You apparently edited the texture or added graphics before it. Normally, the clo is switched to thin fabric mode. I myself often come across this. Check before the render of the inclusion of a thick cloth.
