Metal Zipper Slider Material Color

Please advice me how to adjust the metal zipper slider finishing color, I did matched Ring finish color to zipper teeth color, but the metal zipper finish color become always darker color, can not make to match to the color as like zipper teeth color, it seems because of  Ambient, Diffuse color of Zipper slider are darker than all other Hardware. Are there any way to change Diffuse Map of this zipper slider and I create any color of this material ?

  Hi! have you tried deleting the textures for Diffuse Map and Ambient Map?

  Where can I find the "Diffuse Colour and Ambient Color" to change their color?  I chose the fabric and those options don't show in my property editor. Does this function apply to certain materials?
