Clo3d File empty when open.
I sent a Clo3d file via Google Drive to download on another PC, when downloading the file on the other PC, at first, it worked but when i closed and tried opening again the file is empty evne tho it still has 24mb. I've tried another files and the same happend.

As for the file it may be that during upload or download the internet was disrupted or the file become corrupted.
You will need to reach out to our Tec Support directly with the file(s) in question. HERE. Please include a detailed message of what is going one, screenshots of any errors received, and attach the files. If they are too large to attach please use a wetransfer link.
Please also make sure the support ticket is sent through your paid aarsi account. Our Tech team will not be able to support your non subscribed account which you should not use (only use your paid account here on out please)

Im using this account since the paid account is not only used by me, since the email attached to the account belongs to the company, i use this account so i can receive the emails myself and not the company. Ive said my id many times and everytime i get asked i give the same id in wich you can confirm its a paid account, therefore i dont see what´s really the issue because even tho im using a different account to post, im still providing the id of my paid one.
About the file, i did transfer it from wetransfer aswell and i tried different files aswell and none seem to work.0 -
joaoferreira . In future you will need to add the or mention the paid ID then. Otherwise since we do have multiple people answering here they may not know.
If you are working with a company they should have an Enterprise level license. Which would them give them a direct contact to reach out to our support team. Individual licenses are meant for Freelancers/students/hobbyists/ 1 person companies
As for the file. I mentioned Wetransfer to send it directly to us in the link I added above. So you can open a ticket....
