3D Garment Window Broken not responding

Hi, I've been using the program for a few days and have this problem every now and then where the 3D Garment window is greyed out like in the picture supplied. If I restart the file it stays like this which makes me think it might be a setting i've switched on accidentally. Please help!

  nevermind i was just really zoomed in and my scrollwheel was bugged :)
