My file crashed while saving it and now it can't be opened - it keeps crashing

Hi, I worked on a design and saved it multiple times while working on it. Right before rendering - while having the render window open and the rendering preview on, choosing my lighting for the render -I decided to save my file one more time. During this last save clo3d stopped working properly and I got a notification that the program was not responding and that I could close the program or wait for it to respond. But I have been waiting for clo3d to respond for over 20 minutes so I closed it. Then I reopened my file and while loading the file keeped on crashing never being able to fully load everything. I have tried only opening up clo3d as a program and using the popup window with the option of recovering a recently crashed or unsaved document, but even that isn't working. I have spent hours and hours of work on this design and can't believe it's just gone. It must be possible to somehow recover a previously saved stage of my design but I can't seem to find it. Help on this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you! Adi

  It sounds as if your file was corrupted as it was saving when the program hung itself up :/ Some files are salvageable, this is not a promise, but could you share the file to tech support here to see if there is a chance? https://clo3d.com/en/support/contactus
