All of a sudden it is not possible to upload files anymore to CLO_SET from Clo3d 

Please stop changing things

Or help me what I can do. I am not doing anything different from the 100 times before.

Do you mean "please wait" actually literally? Do I have to stand by, it seems when I keep working at the file or close it I have no chance to get it right, than it often fails.

 

Since today it fails to upload anything. I get empty sheets. Even after waiting now 1 hour

  We just tested on our end. And CLO-SET uploads are working. But time will depend on how big the file is and and how busy the current servers are

  For CLO-SET support we recommend posting to either the CLO-SET discord HERE which is moderated by their team or go to the specific CLO-SET Help Center HERE

  I do not understand your support preferences. And I have no time because of my workload to figure that out at the moment.

  Still, the same problem here.

  When I create a new 3d state, the window is empty, despite I can see my Avatar and Pattern in the 2D and 3D window.

  That maybe causes the problem why I see nothing in CLO-SET when I upload the zprj File.

  The PNG File is also not correct.

  What can I do to solve that?

   

  You see Clo3d / Clo-Set... the problems are linked....

  It seems to be the case for just a certain file. How do I fix that file. What is the problem there?

  Hi kuoture

  CLO and CLO-SET are two different products with separate teams. So we recommend if you have an issue with CLO-SET that you instead reach out to them directly as they will provide the best possible advice.

  For 3D state and the PNG image CLO will take a snapshot of the center of your screen. So if the avatar is off screen or not centered the thumbnail may not include the avatar. This would not be the problem for CLO-SET though. You will see the file in CLO-SET. In CLO-set you will only see the file as it was uploaded/saved, you will not see the the different 3D states. But if you have many 3D states the file size will increase which will as mentioned above slow down the overall upload speed to CLO-SET

  Therefor the two products of yours should work flawless together, and I do not know where the mistake is. I give the problem to you to figure that out

   

  Sure, The avatar is centered with 2.

  Please! I tried that all now for two hours. Without a solution jet

  If you have done everything correctly in CLO you will need to reach out to CLO-SET for the answer.

  Please prove them with the file you are having issue with as well as a link to your CLO-SET. They can then test and see what the issue might possibly be.

  They can be contacted either through their Discord or HERE on their Contact us page. We ourselves cannot solve this issue on forum posts which is why myself and other team members are directing you to them. This will help to make sure that your proprietary files remain private
