right arm sleeve doesn't appear on 3d window

hello, I am loading my avatar garment and the right arm sleeve was saved correctly with the rest of the garment. but it does not show up on the 3d window, please advise on how to fix it when I click on the fabric to super impose it my clo program shuts down and suggests I contact technical support, thanks again.
