Illustrator File not working for one Document, Yet others Worked!

Hi,

One of my pattern pieces is not loading in CLO 3D. All the other parts did, but weirdly enough this one didnt: TOP BACK File

Attached 3 AI files of the same thing

Not sure why!

Can you help?

  Hello lorna12456 ,

  I cannot see AI files that are attached, I don't think they are supported on this site. Could you send a screenshot of what your 2d window looks like when importing the patterns vs the AI file?

  Here are 2 factors that may be affecting how your patterns are importing:

  1. Broken shape - if the pattern shape is not completely closed, this could be causing it to be misread on import. Please check that the shape is closed in the original AI file.

  2. Swap cutting and sewing lines - if the patterns that are being imported to not have any seam allowance, make sure that the "Swap Cutting and Sewing Lines" option is unchecked. Otherwise, CLO will try to cut off seam allowance that isn't there and this can result in an incorrect pattern shape, or a very small pattern shape that was read as "seam allowance."
