I get an error message saying, "Due to a network issue, you are unable to login at this time" or "Delayed network connection." What can I do?

 

Answer

There are six possible cases for this issue. Please see them below and adopt appropriate solution.

  • Due to internet disconnection
    • Please connect to the internet and try logging in again.

  • Due to slow internet speed when connecting to CLO authentication server.
  • Due to an anti-virus program
    • An anti-virus of a PC may inhibit launching CLO. Please uninstall the anti-virus program and try logging in again. If CLO launches successfully after the uninstall, please contact us.

  • Due to a user PC's firewall setting
    • The firewall setting of a PC may inhibit launching CLO. Please unblock the firewall and try logging in again. If CLO launches successfully after the uninstall, please contact us.

  • Due to a user's company's firewall setting
    • Sometimes, a company may have a firewall setting interfere with CLO. Please check with in-house IT team. 

  • Due to a user's proxy server setting
