Displayed interface icons

I have observed in the CLO6.1 presentation that the interface icons appeared on the desktop without the need to scroll through the options.
How is this possible?

  (MD User here)  It should be like MD's options.  Check under the menu of Settings>User Settings>User Interface>Toolbar and *uncheck* Group Tools.
