Problem with fur not rendering when doing fur at sides of fabric

Hi, I tried doing the trick of adding fur at the sides of strips to create a feather effect, (as in this thread : https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360046921313-How-can-I-create-ostrich-feathers-on-clo-) at edges of a dress. It worked yesterday but today when I opened the saved project flie file the fur at sides wont show when I open the render at all. I changed the fur to the front of the fabric and then it renders and shows as fur but as soon as I change the fur to being at the sides of the fabric it wont render, How can I fix this?

  Hi linneadahl.We are happy to help. One thing is to make sure the in the 3D toggle you have Thick textured Surface Turned on. This may fix the issue completely. But if not see below.

  Can you please share screenshots of the Property Editor of both the front and side settings of the fabric? This will help us to assist further

  Yes, thank you! I forgot to put on the Thick textured surface so that fixed the problem easily.
