When I import a pattern from Illustrator (as a pdf) my avatar disappears.

When I import a pattern from Illustrator (as a pdf) my avatar disappears. I am having an issue having both the avatar open and the 2d pattern open. The avatar will immediately disappear and there will only be the gizmo. Any thoughts?

  Hi poopy1. When you are adding a pattern to a CLO file that already has an avatar in place you need to make sure to Add the PDF not Open the PDF.

  Or if you are opening the PDF directly from the Library R-Click on the PDF and select Add to Workspace
