Grading buttons?

Hello!

I am having trouble grading buttons. I have an imported pattern, but the buttons are added in in Clo. For some reason the value in distance is not corresponding with the value in offset, which makes it impossible to grade.

If I try to change a number in offset (here I changed it to zero) it is still a value in Distance, which makes my grading incorrect.

And if I try to change the value in Distance, it just jumps back to offset again. 

I have tried this on a few different projects with buttons, and it is the same problem in all of them. For some reason it is only the buttons, not the buttonholes. 

Am I doing something wrong or is it just a bug?
