Bralette Fitting
I am trying to add elastic to the edge of a bra. My prototype uses a fold over elastic around the arm hole edge and then down the top of the back band and I was wondering how to do this. As well as a hidden elastic at the bottom edge of the cup so that it gathers. I was also wondering how I can go about changing the fabric parameters in order to make it match my prototype fabric. My fabric is bamboo jersey that is 95% bamboo and 5% spandex with 4 way stretch and is 240gsm.

For encased elastic you would generally fake it, as having small pieces encased in other small pieces, like a hem, it is tricky and the visual and simulation effect is not worth it.
One way is to cut and sew the width of the edge where the elastic goes, and change the fabric to a copy of your regular self fabric and then apply a different physical property to that copy of the fabric. Using something like Trim Hardware works.
Now, visually, I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish here. I hope this helps.
