    Thank you for sharing this. 

    This doesn't look like a screenshot from CLO, can I ask which software you got this message from? 

    Can you also explain in more detail what exactly you are doing, when importing the FBX into CLO? A screenshot of your import and export options would be helpful.

    We can help you better, with the more information we have.

    I hope you are well and thanks for the screenshot.

    Regarding the texture issues, check your GPU driver is up to date. Regarding the FBX, also check the FBX with another 3D software, as it seems to be an FBX issue and not necessarily an CLO import issue.
