Buttons now showing in render
All the buttons and buttonholes are them same, why can i only see the top 3 ones and the others disappear?

It looks like you have Fur or a Displacement map applied to the fabric. This is covering the buttons. You will need to turn off the Collision of the button and then use the Gizmo to pull the button slightly further away from the garment.
The Collision can be found by clicking on the button you want to adjust in 3D and going to that specific buttons Property Editor. Then UnCheck Collision from On to Off
