Can't add graphic over topstitching

I'm trying to add my label over a seam with top stitching, but the top stitching is showing up OVER the graphic. Any ideas how to fix this?

  Hellosheepdreams You can create a pattern as big as your label graphic and place the graphic on it. When the label pattern is sewn over the other pattern it will cover the topstitch.
