Does anyone help me to solve the padding measurement problem?

I have faced some problems with creating a padding jacket. The top part of puffiness isn't equal to the bottom part. See the attached picture and help me to solve the problem.

  Hi. Are you using the Fill Tool or the Pressure TOol? If you are using the Fill tool could you please share a screenshot of the settings for the different pattern pieces? thank you

  We would recommend looking into using the Fill tool instead of pressure if you want a more accurate fill effect. You can find a video HERE for how the tool works. Just a good pointer, make sure to increase your Particle Distance back to 20 when first applying. 

  Also, is there a reason that you have applied Elastic to your internal lines?
