    Sewing doesn't completely link

    I tried to sew a ruffle to the stand but it is not entirely linked as below picture shows . Wonder what causes it? Thanks!

    I have applied a poplin fabric which is supposed to be stiffer but the ruffle still falls. :C

    How to make a ruffle stand up?

    Hi all,   I made a ruffle on the waist-seam but the ruffle tends to fall instead of the standing up? Is there any way to make it stand up to look much appealing and lively? Thanks!
