Color background
Hello
I‘m trying to make a jpeg render with the white background and the program doesn’t take over. Neither white nor any other color..
Am I doing something wrong?

gferreira Thanks for your question. It appears you have something in the background behind the shirt. What color is that? The lighting will also affect the color of the background/environment as well.

Thank you for the answer! I have nothing at the bottom, and I've also tried to deactivate all the lighting and the background stays like that.
I‘ve tried to draw a background scenario but I couldn’t keep it flat (solidify). Is there another way to do it?

Looks weird. I noticed you have the Transparency box ticked and unavailable. Try changing the Image format back to PNG, untick the box and then try again.

@gferreira I'm having this same issue. I'm trying to change my background color and it WILL NOT change. Were you able to solve it?

Hi evoncassier. As Pablo mentioned above make sure that under your Background settings Transparency is not checked on.
Also feel free to share a screenshot of your Image Property Editor for us to take a look at.
Hope this helps!
