OBJ doesn't import

I am trying to create my own simple ring as an object by following the CLO tutorial.

After creating the pattern and then exporting as an obj, when I try to import it (as an avatar), I get the gizmo with nothing showing.

I am importing with the same scale as I used to create it (in)

Any ideas why this could be happening?

  Hi sheepdreams , 
  When you are importing your ring as an object make sure you import it as trim not as avatar. I hope it might help you.

  Hi sheepdreams,

  As manishk said, when adding an obj trim, you can set Load Type: Add and the Object Type: Trim instead of selecting Avatar.

  

   

  Tips: When you load the obj as Trim, you can use the Glue tool next to the Gizmo and stick it on the garment/ pattern.
