no avatar found
No matter what i open.... nothing appears on screen . And whenever i try to drag/open something it says avatar not found.

Hi ankushd007. The file that you are clicking on is a Pose file. A pose can only be applied once an Avatar has been added. You went one file too far. If you go back one file you will see the Female V2 avatars. You can then select one of the 6 different avatars to add to your 3D window. If you are looking to start learning CLO we recommend taking a look at the CLO Youtube channel beginners series. You can find it HERE
You may also want to download missing assets. If you look min your Library and see a Blue dot, it means that there are CLO assets that have not been downloaded. You can download these by clicking the Download button in the Library. Visual below
