Due to a network issue you are unable to connect at this time
Hi I am awaiting student discount approval and so downloaded the trial, but I cant connect. I get the error message in the title.
Ive checked my internet, its working fine. I have restarted the computer, but same problem. In my bitdefender firewall there is an entry for the CLO Standalone exe thing and it is set to Allow incoming and outgoing connections. What else can I try?

Student discount is sorted but I still cannot log in. I have contacted support and I think I am being helped, but there is a huge delay in replies!
