Need to logout of a unit, but unit no longer exists
Hi,
I have a problem regarding logging into CLO on my new computer and hope that maybe some of you have experienced this as well and would be able to help.
I had a previous laptop (pc) logged in, but it broke down and I'm not able to turn it on again. Now, when opening CLO on my new computer (MacBook) it tells me that the license is already in use on another computer and that I need to deactivate it.
How do I resolve this?
